Key Responsibilities:

  1. Perform thorough cleaning of public areas, including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
  2. Maintain cleanliness of guest floors and assist in delivering linens and supplies.
  3. Manage waste disposal by removing trash from work areas and ensuring proper disposal methods.
  4. Support the housekeeping department by transporting miscellaneous goods and supplies to guest rooms.
  5. Regularly check and clean elevators and escalators to ensure they meet cleanliness standards.

Attendance and Compliance:

Consistent attendance is essential for the successful execution of this role. Employees are expected to adhere to the established attendance standards and participate in all required training sessions.

Additional Duties:

In addition to the essential functions, you may be asked to perform various supportive tasks as determined by management, which may include:

  • Deep cleaning tasks for special requests or VIP rooms.
  • Assisting with guest requests and delivering items as needed.
  • Responding to unexpected cleaning needs and special guest requirements.

Qualifications:

To excel in this position, candidates should possess:

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • The ability to understand and speak the primary language(s) used in the workplace.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent education is preferred.
  • Prior experience in the hospitality industry is advantageous.
