Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation of month-end close duties, including journal entries and accrual analysis.
  • Monitor and reconcile all bank accounts and transactions on a daily/weekly basis.
  • Prepare monthly account reconciliations and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy.
  • Support audits and documentation of internal controls.
  • Record fixed assets, dispositions, and depreciation in the system.
  • Conduct ad hoc analysis and special projects as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance or related field.
  • SAP knowledge is highly desirable, given the company's recent implementation.
  • Manufacturing experience is preferred.
  • CPA certification is a plus.
  • Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables and vlookups.
  • General ledger accounting experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
