Primary Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the highest quality of mechanical work performed on machinery and equipment, maintaining accurate records related to these tasks.
  • Plan, organize, and prioritize repairs and maintenance to efficiently manage assigned workloads and address unexpected or emergency repairs.
  • Perform oil changes and routine preventative maintenance on a variety of equipment.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues, performing comprehensive repairs on a range of machinery, including small engines, diesel, and gas engines.
  • Execute welding and fabrication tasks as required.
  • Obtain DOT certification for equipment.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent with trade school or mechanical background.
  • DOT Certification.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Leadership and motivational abilities.
  • Basic knowledge of computers and Windows-based software.
  • English proficiency required.
Physical Demands:
  • Ability to lift 100 pounds as needed.
  • Continuous standing, walking (including uneven surfaces), turning, stooping, kneeling, crouching, speaking, and hearing are essential.
  • Close vision is required for certain tasks, while distance and peripheral vision are crucial for safety.
