We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Physician Scientist to join our team in the Department of Medicine, Division of Hematology/Oncology at the University of Virginia. As an Open Rank, Open Track faculty member, you will have the opportunity to contribute to our clinical research efforts and strengthen our translational research opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct clinical research and enroll patients in clinical trials
  • Attend inpatient and outpatient services and participate in multidisciplinary team care
  • Teach fellows, residents, and medical students

Requirements:

  • MD or equivalent degree
  • Board-certification in Internal Medicine
  • Board-eligibility or certification in Medical Oncology and/or Hematology
