Job Overview

Objective: To execute structural assembly by positioning and securing components. Candidates should possess prior experience in team leadership and effective communication with clients and contractors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepares for tasks by analyzing architectural blueprints; determining layout specifications; collecting necessary materials and equipment.
  • Positions steel components by securing them to lifting apparatus; directing the movement of components; and placing them accurately.
  • Secures steel components by aligning them; confirming both vertical and horizontal alignment; utilizing bolting, welding, or riveting techniques.
  • Ensures a safe working environment by adhering to established safety protocols.
  • Enhances job knowledge through participation in training and development opportunities.
  • Achieves construction objectives by fulfilling related tasks as required.
