About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Liaison to join our team at Life Time Fitness. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate patient care by answering questions, ordering medications, and educating patients on supplements and medications.
  • Serve as a primary liaison between patients and healthcare providers, facilitating comprehensive and coordinated care.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and other healthcare software.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
