We are currently seeking Registered Nurses (RN) looking to deliver the best possible nursing care in Avera's patient-focused settings. This role may be eligible for a $3,000 Sign-On Bonus.

Job Summary:
- Provides for the delivery of professional RN nursing care. Avera McKennan requires all nurses to practice in a competent level within the ANA Standards of Clinical Nursing Practice.
Education and/or Experience:
- Graduate from a CCNE or NLN accredited nursing program is strongly preferred. Graduate from an approved nursing program is acceptable.
- Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.
Licensure/Certification/Registration:
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of South Dakota and/or meeting the requirements of Multi-state licensure required.
Work Schedule:
- Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm; 72hrs/2wks
Pay:
The hourly range for this position is $26.25 - $39.25 per hour, depending on experience.
