Job Overview:

As a Housekeeper at Terrace Grove Assisted Living, you will be essential in upholding cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout our establishment.

Your role will involve ensuring that all communal spaces, resident accommodations, and amenities are maintained in a clean, sanitized, and visually appealing condition at all times.

Your meticulous attention to detail and dedication to cleanliness will significantly enhance the comfort and satisfaction of our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct daily cleaning activities, including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and polishing surfaces in resident accommodations and communal areas.
Sanitize bathrooms thoroughly, including toilets, sinks, showers, and flooring.
Regularly change bed linens and towels, ensuring proper laundering.
Dispose of waste responsibly by emptying trash receptacles in accordance with facility protocols.
Monitor and restock cleaning supplies as necessary.
Assist with special cleaning projects as directed by supervisory staff.
Comply with all health and safety regulations and procedures.

Qualifications:
Demonstrated experience as a housekeeper or cleaner, ideally within a healthcare or assisted living environment.
Familiarity with cleaning methodologies and sanitation standards.
Ability to work autonomously and efficiently with minimal oversight.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to upholding high cleanliness standards.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Physical endurance and capability to perform repetitive tasks.
Willingness to work weekends or evenings as required.
