About the Role
The Housekeeper position is a vital part of the Facilities Team at Five Star Senior Living, responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for our residents. This role requires a high level of attention to detail and a commitment to upholding the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure all facilities are spotlessly clean and well-maintained, including residents' rooms and shared areas.
- Respond promptly to requests and address any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Dispose of waste and execute laundry services, including ironing and pressing as needed.
- Inspect residents' rooms and communal areas to ensure they meet our high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Reset areas after use, prioritizing safety and sanitation.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Pass State and Company criminal background/drug screens.
- Demonstrate effective time management skills.
- Housekeeping or related experience is desired.
