We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Surgical Postoperative Unit at Piedmont Newnan Hospital. As a Staff RN, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our team.
Key Responsibilities- Provide nursing care to patients from birth through the lifecycle, utilizing nursing processes to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate the care for patients.
- Function within the framework of the policies and procedures of the organization and demonstrates professional growth and accountability.
- Responsible for maintaining standards of practice, coordinating patient care activities of all assigned staff in the provision of quality nursing care.
- Graduate of a nursing program.
- New graduates of a nursing program eligible.
- Current License in the State of Georgia as a Registered Nurse or NLC/eNLC Multistate License.
- BLS certification required.
- Advance certification in field of specialty and nursing experience in hospital setting preferred.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
