Restaurant Shift Leader

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Shift Leader to join our team at Hardee's. As a Restaurant Shift Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant during your shift, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of Team Members to achieve our business goals.

• Lead and manage a team of Team Members to ensure excellent customer service and a positive dining experience.
• Monitor and maintain high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness in the restaurant.
• Effectively manage labor costs, inventory, and supplies to maximize profitability.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
• Provide coaching and feedback to Team Members to improve performance and achieve business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or culinary experience preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a restaurant management or leadership role.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in a hot kitchen environment.
