Aureus Medical Group - Imaging is seeking a skilled Computed Tomography Technologist to work in a 289-bed hospital in New Jersey.

Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Computed Tomography Technologist to work independently with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computed tomography and be able to operate computed tomography scanners to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes.

Responsibilities:
Prepare patients for CT scans, including explaining procedures and positioning patients correctly.
Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care.
Maintain accurate records of patient information, scan protocols, and image quality.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.

Requirements:
ARRT-CT certification
New Jersey state license for radiology technologist
CPR certification
Experience with Cannon and Toshiba CT scanners preferred
