VCU Health is actively seeking a qualified trauma surgeon to enhance our Acute Care Surgical Services, which encompass Trauma, Emergency General Surgery, and Surgical Critical Care.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide clinical expertise across all domains of Trauma, Critical Care, and Emergency General Surgery.
  • Foster interdisciplinary partnerships to improve service delivery.
  • Participate in relevant committees within the institution.
  • Deliver care to trauma and acute care patients.
  • Develop and maintain a robust surgical practice with the backing of departmental leadership.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Board Certified/Board Eligible in General Surgery.
  • Completion of a Fellowship in Surgical Critical Care.
