Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Hearing Instrument Specialist to join our team, providing comprehensive hearing evaluations, fitting, and fine-tuning of hearing devices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough hearing evaluations and diagnostic tests
  • Fit and dispense hearing aids and other assistive devices
  • Provide ongoing patient support, counseling, and education on hearing aid use and maintenance
  • Perform follow-up care and adjustments as needed
  • Collaborate with audiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
Requirements
  • Current Hearing Aid Dispenser License in Washington
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong passion for enhancing lives through better hearing
  • Experience working as a dispenser (2+ years preferred)
