Job OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Hearing Instrument Specialist to join our team, providing comprehensive hearing evaluations, fitting, and fine-tuning of hearing devices.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough hearing evaluations and diagnostic tests
- Fit and dispense hearing aids and other assistive devices
- Provide ongoing patient support, counseling, and education on hearing aid use and maintenance
- Perform follow-up care and adjustments as needed
- Collaborate with audiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Current Hearing Aid Dispenser License in Washington
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong passion for enhancing lives through better hearing
- Experience working as a dispenser (2+ years preferred)
