Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Urology Clinic Manager to join our team at Clinical Management Consultants. As a Urology Clinic Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Urology Clinic, ensuring compliance with all local and state regulations, and collaborating with Clinic Leadership and Corporate to establish and accomplish goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical oversight and direction to the Urology Clinic staff, ensuring high-quality patient care and efficient operations.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve clinic workflows, productivity, and patient satisfaction.
- Collaborate with Clinic Supervisors and Lead RNs to ensure effective communication and coordination of clinic activities.
- Ensure compliance with all local and state regulations, as well as Health System policies and procedures.
- Participate in the development and implementation of clinic goals, objectives, and performance metrics.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a clinical management or leadership role.
- Proven track record of improving clinic operations, productivity, and patient satisfaction.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct staff.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
