At Center for Human Development, Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Mental Health Therapist to join our team. This full-time position offers a competitive salary of $5,168.10 - $7,317.19 per month (non-licensed) or $5,466.82 - $8,411.98 per month (licensed), depending on experience.

The successful candidate will provide direct treatment services in a clinic setting to clients with mental and emotional disturbances. This includes working with children, adolescents, and their families. As a Mental Health Therapist, you will administer psychological tests, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide counseling and therapy services. Your work will make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients and their families.

To be eligible for this role, you must possess a Master's degree in psychology, social work, or a related field. Additionally, two years of relevant mental health experience or an equivalent combination of education and training is required. You should be willing to work with clients of all ages (0-18) and have a valid Oregon driver's license. Certification as an Alcohol and Drug Counselor or a willingness to pursue certification upon hire is also necessary. Supervision will be available to support your pursuit of licensure.

Your duties will include interviewing clients and families to gather information for diagnostic purposes, providing individual, family, and group counseling and psychotherapy, conducting psychological tests, and developing individualized treatment plans. You will also maintain accurate case records and complete reports as required. As a member of our team, you will participate in regular clinical supervision and contribute to program development.
