About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our quality assurance department, you will be responsible for ensuring that our suppliers meet our quality standards and specifications.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and select suppliers based on their ability to meet product and schedule requirements.
  • Develop and implement quality systems to ensure supplier compliance and product quality.
  • Manage the supplier audits program to reduce risks associated with product quality.
  • Monitor supplier quality key performance indicators and generate actions from these indicators.
  • Resolve quality issues by working with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with supplier representatives and internal teams to ensure corrective actions are implemented and contribute to supplier quality improvement programs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in supplier quality engineering or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in quality management systems and tools.
