Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement sourcing strategies across various Information Technology expenditure categories.
  • Perform comprehensive supply market assessments, cost modeling, and benchmarking.
  • Oversee the contract review and renewal processes, ensuring stakeholder alignment.
  • Facilitate supplier selection and negotiation processes, executing sourcing activities effectively.
  • Negotiate advantageous contract terms, conditions, and pricing.
  • Conduct spend analysis for assigned categories and identify actionable opportunities.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders regarding sourcing engagement progress.
  • Manage supplier relationships and conduct supplier reviews as required.
  • Adhere to global sourcing indirect policies and procedures, utilizing the sourcing toolkit for consistent engagement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree, or equivalent; MBA and/or CPM preferred.
  • Typically requires 3+ years of relevant experience.
  • Demonstrated expertise through advanced training and recognition in the field.
  • Proven track record in a procurement environment, particularly as a Strategic Sourcing Manager.
  • Extensive experience in IT category sourcing.
  • Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in spend analysis and business intelligence tools.
  • Proven negotiation skills for pricing and contract terms.
  • Ability to build and manage relationships effectively at all organizational levels.
  • Exceptional communication skills, particularly in engaging with senior executives.
  • Desired skills in planning and project management, with the ability to meet timelines.
