Exterminator Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Exterminator Professional to join our team at EcoShield Pest Solutions. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive pest control services to our customers.

The estimated salary for this position is around $55,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Salary Details: Competitive hourly rate (up to $16 DOE) with additional compensation opportunities, paid time off, and benefits package.

Job Description:

We are looking for an individual who possesses excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to safety and a willingness to learn and grow with our company.

• Safely store, mix, apply or spray pesticide chemicals or other manual solutions to building interiors and exteriors, utilizing appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Conduct inspections to identify infestations or conditions conducive to infestations of insects or other vertebrate pests and deliver tailored solution for customers.
• Interact with customers, face-to-face, to explain service features and benefits.
• Follow scheduled routes, communicate with office staff and managers, and maintain accurate and organized service records.
• Regularly operate and maintain a company vehicle while keeping the vehicle and other equipment in clean and working order, while adhering to the Company Vehicle Policy.
• Manage inventory, equipment and chemicals and report to the branch for restocks.
• Utilize technology to manage appointments and maintain customer service records.
• Have a commitment to safety in all job areas, including driving, service, and training; this includes participation in on-site meetings and training.
• Adhere to policies and regulations of governing entities where compliance is required.
