Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Strong leadership skills, with experience in a high-volume customer service industry (e.g., retail, restaurant, fitness, or recreation).
- Basic technology proficiency, including MS Office Suite, Teams, and point-of-sale systems.
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
- Reliability, coachability, self-motivation, and organization.
