About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Clinician to join our team at The Edinburg Center. As a Clinician, you will work with a multi-disciplinary team to provide intensive home-based therapeutic care to children and their families. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with the youth and family, provide guidance to support staff, and participate in on-call rotations for Children's Mental Health Services.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with youth and family to provide individualized support and guidance
- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement clinical goals
- Conduct ongoing safety assessments, planning, and care coordination
- Participate in on-call rotations for Children's Mental Health Services
Requirements:
- Master's Degree in Social Work, Clinical Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or Education with a Clinical Concentration (or related field)
- On the path to licensure or licensed Clinician (LICSW, LMHC) preferred
- Prior experience working with youth with serious emotional and behavioral health disturbances and their families
- Flexible schedule based on needs of families (Monday – Friday 11a-7p /12p -8p)
- Valid MA driver's license and reliable transportation required
