We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Regent Care Center of Kingwood. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct nursing care to residents, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.
- Supervise nursing assistants and ensure they are performing their duties in accordance with established standards and regulations.
- Make written and oral reports to the Director of Nursing, including updates on resident care and any concerns or issues.
- Perform administrative duties, such as completing medical forms, reports, and evaluations.
- Participate in daily rounds to ensure nursing staff are performing their duties effectively.
- Current, unencumbered RN license in the state of hire.
- Long-term care experience preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly.
