Lourdes Health is seeking a skilled and compassionate Emergency Department Nurse Coordinator to provide exceptional patient care and ensure the highest standards of professional nursing practice.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate all nursing care given to patients in the Emergency Department setting, ensuring seamless delivery of care.
- Maintain standards of professional nursing practice, collaborating with all disciplines to provide quality care and promote a culture of excellence.
- Provide exceptional interpersonal customer service, demonstrating a warm, friendly, and joyful demeanor to patients, families, and colleagues.
- Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or demonstrated progress toward obtaining a degree preferred.
- Population Specifics: Knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the population served in ED, including pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients.
- Experience: Minimum one (1) year of acute care experience preferred; critical care area desired.
- Required Certification: Current Registered Nurse in Washington State and American Heart Association BLS, ACLS, TNCC, and ENPC or PALS.
- Preferred Certification: Certified Emergency Nurse (CEN).
- Bilingual and/or English-Spanish speaking preferred.
- Ability to work with a culturally diverse population, promoting a culture of inclusivity and respect.
Hourly rate $40.01-$74.17.
