Steakhouse Server

We offer an hourly rate plus pooled tips, ensuring that our team members are rewarded for their hard work and dedication. Our estimated salary range is $18-$22 per hour, depending on experience and performance.

We are seeking a skilled Busser to join our team. As a Busser, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests have an exceptional dining experience. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing exceptional customer service by attending to guests' needs in a timely and efficient manner
• Maintaining a clean and organized dining area, including clearing tables and restocking supplies
• Assisting servers with serving food and drinks
• Participating in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A minimum of 1 year experience in a service-oriented position within a restaurant (ideally fine dining)
• Strong customer service skills, with the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and poise
• Ability to regularly lift, move, and carry 30-50+ lbs
• Ability to be on your feet for an entire shift
• Ability to keep up with business needs within the restaurant
• Team Player attitude, with a positive and enthusiastic approach
