Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will play a crucial role throughout the software development lifecycle, engaging in:

  • Requirements analysis, design, development, deployment, and ongoing maintenance of innovative solutions.
  • Optimizing systems to enhance operational capabilities and modernize processes for improved efficiency.
Essential Qualifications

Security Clearance: A current and active government Secret security clearance is mandatory.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Staying informed about emerging trends and best practices in Power Platform development.
  • Assessing new Microsoft Power Platform solutions and advising the client accordingly.
  • Delivering hands-on training for personnel on Microsoft Power Platform and SharePoint products.
  • Guiding customer personnel in the development and implementation of Power Platform solutions.
  • Participating in collaborative meetings focused on Power Platform development.
  • Recommending necessary hardware, software, or resources for Power Platform projects.
  • Leading the design and implementation of tailored Power Platform and SharePoint solutions.
  • Coordinating with technical teams to ensure seamless integration of Power Platform solutions.
  • Cataloging existing Power Platform solutions and conducting regular reviews for optimization.
  • Creating and maintaining a repository of templates and best practices for Power Platform development.
  • Providing technical support, troubleshooting, and assistance with system upgrades.
  • Managing a central repository for Power Platform solutions, including documentation and source code.
  • Establishing policies for repository usage, including access controls and approval processes.
  • Training personnel on repository navigation and contribution.
  • Collaborating with vendors to ensure proper integration and support of Power Platform solutions.
  • Delivering additional reports related to repository management as needed.
Experience Requirements
  • A minimum of 7 years in Power Platform and SharePoint Online development within a federal context.
  • Hands-on experience in Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, DoD 365, Dynamics 365, and SharePoint Online.
  • Proficiency in developing Power Apps (Model Driven and Canvas Apps) and Power Automate Flows.
  • Keeping current with advancements in Power Platform solutions.
  • Holding a current SECRET CLEARANCE is essential.
  • Required certifications: Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform Solution Architect Expert. Candidates must commit to obtaining these certifications within 60 days of employment, with support provided by our firm.
