**Responsibilities:**
  • Work closely with the design consultant to develop scopes of work and create initial budgets for client review
  • Prepare detailed projected estimates with unit costs and verify all required scopes of work
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to document and explain estimated pricing and reasons behind them
  • Manage a database of unit costs to ensure efficiency and accuracy in the estimating process

Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial general contractor estimating and/or project management
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift and/or carry up to 20 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs occasionally
  • Dress and act in a professional manner at all times

Compensation and Benefits:
  • $80,000 - $100,000 per year based on experience
