Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $28.00 - $30.00 per hour, with opportunities for professional growth and development. Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing direct one-on-one therapy, implementing behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), collecting and recording data on client progress, and maintaining accurate and confidential medical documentation.

Additionally, you will be responsible for assisting with patient assessments and evaluations, collaborating with the treatment team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and using applied behavior analysis techniques to teach and reinforce appropriate behaviors.

Requirements

To be considered for this position, you must have experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities, knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques, and strong communication and interpersonal skills. Reliable transportation to travel to client locations is also required.
