  • Handle the preparation and tracking of Bills of Materials (BOM)
  • Ensure tools and equipment are used properly and maintained on-site

  • Monitor job site safety and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in real-time

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in construction with a focus on field operations and management
  • Expertise in concrete work, including pouring, finishing, and quality control
  • Strong understanding of managing Bills of Materials (BOM)
  • Proficiency with tools and equipment in the field
  • Experience managing labor in construction
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to solve problems on the fly and make critical decisions under pressure
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
