Location:Riverview Health Outpatient Clinic - Westfield, IN
We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at Riverview Health Outpatient Clinic in Westfield, IN. This is a full-time opportunity with competitive benefits and a dynamic patient caseload.
The Details:The Riverview Health Outpatient Clinic - Westfield has a diverse patient population with hand, wrist, elbow, and some shoulder diagnoses, including post-surgical, trauma, fractures, dislocations, tendon lacerations, arthritis, brachial plexus injuries, and rheumatic conditions.
- 1:1 personalized and patient-centered care
- Schedule is Monday - Friday, no weekends or holidays
- Flexible scheduling with some late evening expectations
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Occupational Therapist who is excited to join a thriving and energetic team. The ideal candidate is someone who:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Delivering quality one-on-one outcomes-driven Occupational Therapy services
- Documenting with web-based software and documentation system (EMR)
- Providing accurate and timely documentation for current patient caseload
- Conducting patient and family education
- Displaying strong skills in flexibility, time management, and communication

To be considered for this opportunity, you must have:
- Degree from an ACOTE accredited school
- Current state licensure or eligibility in Occupational Therapy in Indiana
- Two (2) years of outpatient experience required
- Splinting experience required
- Strong skills in flexibility, time management, leadership, and communication
- Patient-focused to provide the best customer service experience
