We are in search of a skilled Coffee Specialist to enhance our team. Candidates should possess a minimum of one year of experience thriving in a fast-paced, high-volume service environment. We are not merely seeking someone to take orders or brew coffee; we are looking for a true hospitality expert who is warm, authentic, and engaging, alongside being efficient and precise.

Requirements
To excel in this position, candidates should meet or exceed the following qualifications:
- Ability to stand and walk for up to 10 hours daily, and lift and carry up to 40 lbs
- Capability to maintain composure and effectiveness under pressure
- Proficiency in basic mathematical calculations
- Must be of legal age to prepare, serve, and ring alcoholic beverages
- Flexibility to work varied shifts and schedules, including weekends and some holidays
- Certification in responsible alcohol service (as mandated by state or local law)
- High energy and stamina, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while communicating effectively with guests and team members
- High school diploma (or equivalent) required
