Business Systems Programs Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Programs Manager to join our team at Santa Cruz Metro. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for conducting analysis to support business and data needs, administering and modifying enterprise systems and databases, and serving as a liaison between staff, IT staff, vendors, and service providers.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement data quality training programs, standards, policies, and procedures to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
- Perform regular data audits and validation checks to identify and rectify discrepancies, anomalies, and errors in various data sets.
- Administer, maintain, and support critical business systems such as ERP, EAM, CRM, and HRIS.
- Implement and enforce security measures to safeguard sensitive data and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain system optimization and data integration strategies and solutions.
- Manage integration or data exchanges from various systems through open APIs, batch loads, and manual data entry.
- Utilize data analysis tools and techniques to generate and present regular ERP system reports to identify areas of concern and opportunities.
- Monitor the performance and efficiency of data systems by identifying bottlenecks and making recommendations for system improvements and enhancements.
- Equivalent to a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with major coursework in data science, information systems, business or public administration, or a related field.
- Three (3) years of experience analyzing business needs and developing or modifying systems and/or databases to address business and reporting needs.
- Workday experience is required.
