POSITION SUMMARY


The primary role is to serve as a representative for our customers, ensuring their needs are met through a welcoming, efficient, and secure shopping environment.

This position requires maintaining a professional demeanor and a tidy workspace at all times. It involves accurately processing customer transactions in line with company standards and protocols.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greet each customer warmly, making eye contact and expressing gratitude for their business.
• Deliver a friendly, helpful, and safe shopping experience that aligns with customer expectations.
• Maintain a professional appearance in accordance with the company's dress code and grooming standards.

• Adhere to safety protocols and keep the work area clean and organized as per company guidelines.


• Accurately scan and process all customer transactions in compliance with company policies.
• Ensure that all customer orders are packed carefully and efficiently to meet company standards.
• Provide carryout service to customers as needed.

• Handle various forms of payment and ensure proper processing of coupons, charge accounts, and other transaction methods.


• Uphold security measures and controls in accordance with company policies.

• Perform additional duties as assigned by management while adhering to all company policies and procedures.
