Position Summary:- Perform thorough inspections, testing, and maintenance of fire safety systems, ensuring adherence to NFPA regulations.
Primary Duties:
- Evaluate and document system shortcomings
- Engage professionally with clients and monitoring services
- Utilize testing equipment proficiently
- Complete inspections promptly
- Be available for emergency response
- Care for company-assigned vehicle and tools
- Follow safety protocols and procedures
- Keep abreast of technological advancements and industry standards
- Mentor and train junior inspectors
- High School Diploma or equivalent, NICET certification is mandatory
- 3-5 years of experience in fire protection assessments
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving history
- Texas Department of Insurance LicenseEssential Skills:
- Excellent communication abilities
- Proficient in computer applications and software
Preferred Qualifications:
- NICET II or III certification
