About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Estimating Manager to lead our preconstruction efforts in multifamily construction projects. As a key member of our team at Disability Solutions, you will be responsible for preparing detailed and accurate estimates, analyzing project plans, and collaborating with project managers and subcontractors.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of construction trends, pricing, and market conditions in South Florida.
- Collaborate with project managers to gather information for estimating and develop cost-saving strategies.
- Review and assess bid proposals and contracts to ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Lead preconstruction efforts and provide support during the preconstruction phase.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an estimator in multifamily construction industry.
- Experience working on ground-up construction projects.
- Proficient in estimating software and tools.
Compensation
$140,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year
