Mueller Water Products, a leading manufacturer of flow control devices, is seeking a skilled PFEP Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our inventory management team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient flow of goods and materials across our distribution centers.

• Inventory Analysis and Optimization: Continuously improve the present state of our PFEP database by updating current item setups, assisting in item setups for new items, and reducing inventory levels based on demand and usage.
• Forecasting and Planning: Provide future volume forecasts for distribution centers based on historical data and current demand levels, and update safety stock levels with input from buyers and planners.
• Inventory Control and Management: Assist in maintaining stock levels in distribution centers to support sales and manufacturing needs, and set up/maintain processes for intercompany transfers.
• Travel and Collaboration: Regular travel to distribution centers and occasional travel to suppliers as deemed necessary by the inventory supervisor or material manager.

• Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a technical field, or 5 years of relevant functional experience with a strong emphasis on data mining.
• Technical Skills: Advanced Excel skills, including vlookup and pivot tables, and a proven understanding of production processes and MRP systems.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, ability to work effectively in a team, and demonstrated ability to successfully achieve goals through influence.

• ERP Experience: JDE E1 or similar ERP experience.
• Certification: APICS CPIM certification.

• Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: Ability to remain in a stationary position or standing position for prolonged periods and alternate between.
• Physical Demands: Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, or move objects up to 25 pounds in weight in all directions.
