LPN Job Description

You can earn up to $57 per hour as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in and around Quincy, MA, with IntelyCare. We understand that nursing professionals with a healthy work-life balance provide the best care and reliability for our partner facilities.

Job Responsibilities
  • Delivering post-acute care as an LPN
  • Monitoring the physical and mental wellbeing of residents and tracking their vital signs
  • Performing intakes of residents and documenting their health concerns and medical histories
  • Reviewing the medical records and charts of residents
  • Helping to maintain appropriate levels of medical supplies
  • Contributing to a safe, comfortable environment for residents
  • Assisting with IV set up, vaccinations, and phlebotomies
  • Being accountable to follow and adhere to care plans for residents
  • Helping medical staff with orientation and training
Requirements

High school graduation, GED, or equivalent
