We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dietary Manager to join our team at The Laurels of Salisbury. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests receive high-quality, nutritious meals that meet their dietary needs and preferences.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in food service management, with experience in planning, preparing, and serving regular and therapeutic diets. You will be responsible for supervising the dietary department, including procurement, sanitation, scheduling, training, and talent development. You will also work closely with other departments to identify and accommodate guests' choices, preferences, and customary routines regarding eating.

Responsibilities- Develop and implement menus that meet the dietary needs and preferences of our guests.
- Supervise the dietary department, including procurement, sanitation, scheduling, training, and talent development.
- Work closely with other departments to identify and accommodate guests' choices, preferences, and customary routines regarding eating.
- Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation of dietary portion of guest care plans.
- Experienced Dietary Manager with Certified Dietary Manager Certification preferred or current enrollment in a certification course approved by the Dietary Managers Association.
- ServSafe Certification required within 90 days of employment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prefer two-year supervised food service experience in an institutional setting focused on planning, preparing, and servicing regular and therapeutic diets.
