Executive Chef

We are seeking a skilled Cook Supervisor to join our team at Lucent Group. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality meals to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare food according to standardized recipes to ensure consistency and quality.
• Serve meals or prepare for delivery, meeting standards for portioning, temperature, and presentation.
• Clean the kitchen after preparation and serving, maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Store or discard excess food according to safe food-handling procedures.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• ServSafe Certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
• Ability to lift/carry up to 50 pounds, stand, bend, and walk for extended periods.
