In this position, you will be instrumental in the commissioning process, ensuring that building systems are not only installed correctly but also function as intended to achieve optimal performance. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Advising clients on strategies to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Guaranteeing that buildings provide maximum comfort throughout their lifecycle.
  • Developing and overseeing tailored commissioning plans for various projects.
  • Conducting thorough commissioning activities across diverse building systems.
  • Verifying compliance of building systems with engineering specifications.
  • Reviewing installation processes, functional performance, and control systems.

Qualifications:

To thrive in this role, you should possess:

  • A minimum of three years of relevant experience in commissioning.
  • A solid understanding of building automation systems.
  • Knowledge of mechanical and control systems.
  • Familiarity with fire/life safety, plumbing, lighting, and security systems.
  • The ability to interpret construction documents and identify potential issues.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Project, Excel, and Word.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering or equivalent experience.
