We are hiring a Foreman to manage the field operations for residential remodels at Fort Liberty, NC. The successful candidate will have experience in leading construction teams and ensuring projects are completed safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities:
  1. Manage the work of construction laborers, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and painters.
  2. Maintain a safe working environment and promote Sevan's safety culture.

  4. Review construction documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Proven experience as a carpenter, electrician, or plumber.
  • Hands-on experience in working with materials.
  • Punchlist experience.
