Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Carondelet St. Marys Hospital in the Stepdown Full Time Nights position. As a RN, you will provide direct nursing care to patients, implementing and monitoring care plans, and coordinating with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Implement and monitor patient care plans, ensuring continuity of care and effective patient outcomes.
  • Coordinate with the healthcare team to provide comprehensive patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
  • Provide direct nursing care to patients, including medication administration, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure clear understanding of patient needs and care plans.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
Requirements
  • Valid current Arizona Nursing License or compact state license and ability to become Arizona Licensed in 30 days.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) - American Heart Association certification.
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) - American Heart Association, Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) or others as required by individual department.
  • Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing.
  • Bachelors of Science in Nursing preferred.
