Housekeeping Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Suffolk Regional Off-Track Betting Corp. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the cleanliness and maintenance of our facilities, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and a comfortable stay.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the work of housekeeping staff to ensure that all areas of the hotel are clean and well-maintained.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure efficient use of resources.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest service and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Monitor and control inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Train and develop housekeeping staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties effectively.

Requirements:

• Associate's degree or equivalent in a related field, or 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proven track record of success in a supervisory or management position.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Physical stamina to perform the duties of the role, including frequent walking, standing, and lifting.
