About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Gastroenterologist to join our team at Intermountain Health. As a Gastroenterologist, you will work with a team of healthcare professionals to provide quality care and excellent patient experience.

In this role, you will be part of an employed Medical Group Gastroenterology, working in a team-based GI practice model with physician, APP, and nurse teamwork across our clinic and endoscopy locations. We will support you in building your GI practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care and excellent patient experience
  • Work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals to achieve quality care and patient satisfaction
  • Participate in the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research and advancements in gastroenterology
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary with production incentives, a $50,000 sign-on bonus, up to $20,000 relocation assistance based on distance, student loan repayment, and a training stipend. You will practice at Alta View Gastroenterology Group in Sandy, UT, with access to a DaVinci robot and privileges at Alta View Hospital.

Requirements
  • MD or DO degree from a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine
  • Residency training in Internal Medicine
  • Board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine with a subspecialty in Gastroenterology
  • ERCP is welcomed but not required for this position
  • Active, unobstructed Utah medical license, or the ability to obtain one
  • Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health's credentialing process
