As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for creating elevated experiences for our customers by building authentic relationships, exceeding their expectations, and delivering exceptional service. You will work as a team player and contribute to a positive working environment. Your responsibilities will include welcoming all customers, facilitating a seamless check-in process, ensuring compliance with state and local laws, managing the customer queue, advising customers on suitable products, and driving customer visit goals. You will also be responsible for adhering to all company training and operational standards and procedures, ensuring you are aware of all company communication, rollouts, directives, and procedures, and abiding by all company policies and programs.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of retail experience and be available to work any and all hours required without restrictions. The salary for this position is $18.50 USD per hour.
