Job Title: Registered Nurse - Emergency Department

Mass General Brigham is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Department team. As a Registered Nurse in this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

As a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, providing care to patients with a wide range of medical conditions. You will be responsible for assessing patients, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Requirements
  • Current Massachusetts Registered Nurse license
  • At least 1 year of med/surg/tele experience, ER experience preferred
  • Utilize the Nursing Process for the delivery and management of patient care
  • Perform patient assessments and treatments according to policy/procedure
  • Discharge teaching
  • Update patient records
  • Follow guidelines and policies established by MGH
  • Communicate with members of the healthcare team
