How We Prepare Our Pediatric RNs for Success

  • Paid training from day one in the office, in the home, and online

  • Practice with award-winning adult and pediatric simulation labs

  • 24/7 on-call clinical support to ensure our caregivers have the resources they need

  • Electronic charting using AlayaCare to streamline documentation and improve efficiency

Available Pediatric RN Shifts

  • Day or overnight shifts to accommodate the needs of each family

  • 12-hour shifts (full shift work) to provide consistent care and support

  • PRN, part-time, or full-time shifts to accommodate different scheduling needs

  • No weekend or minimum requirements to ensure our caregivers have a healthy work-life balance

Pay: $31-40/hour, with opportunities to earn up to $42/hour for weekend shifts and up to $4,000 in bonuses (certain criteria may apply)

Requirements:

  • Current nursing license in good standing

  • Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
