Job Title: District Leader

Eileen Fisher is seeking a highly skilled and experienced District Leader to join our team. As a District Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of store leaders and associates to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and maintain operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales growth and profitability through effective leadership and strategic planning
  • Develop and implement store-level strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Manage inventory levels and optimize store operations to minimize shrinkage and maximize efficiency
  • Recruit, train, and develop store leaders and associates to ensure a high-performing team
  • Communicate effectively with store leaders and associates to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of multi-tiered retail management experience
  • Excellent strategic leadership, partnership, and organizational skills
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills with ability to adapt quickly to change
  • Possess the ability to identify opportunities around product needs to best support the needs of the district and business
  • Possess the ability to work remotely while also being a part of a team
  • Passionate about nurturing a positive and supportive work environment
What We Offer:
