As an Interventional Radiology Cardiac Catheterization Lab Technician at Alameda Health System, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment where no two days are the same. You will be responsible for assisting the physician in performing invasive procedures, acquiring and processing state-of-the-art imaging, and operating equipment efficiently.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a strong foundation in radiologic technology, experience working in a Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory with interventional cardiology/STEMI, and certifications in ACLS and BLS. Additionally, you will need to have a valid California Fluoroscopy permit and current certificate as a Radiologic Technologist issued by the State of California.
- Assist the physician in performing invasive procedures
- Acquire and process state-of-the-art imaging
- Operate equipment efficiently
- Participate in monitoring, scrubbing, and circulating duties
