We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our Riverside At Home team and contribute to our mission of promoting wellness and restoring vitality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform initial and ongoing assessments to objectively measure patients' progress
  • Carry out evidence-based treatment plans that engage patients and meet their therapeutic needs
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to provide great care with compassion
  • Supervise PTA's and Home Health Aides
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy
  • 1 year of Physical Therapy experience (preferred)
  • Demonstrates knowledge of growth and development throughout the life span
  • Licenses and Certifications: Physical Therapy (PT) - Virginia Department of Health Professions (VDHP), CPR/BLS Certification - American Heart Association/American Red Cross/American Safety and Health Institute (AHA/ARC)
