We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Strive Senior Living, LLC. as a Nursing Care Coordinator.
Job Summary:
The Senior LPN will provide direct nursing care to residents in an assigned unit, ensuring their safety, dignity, and well-being in a secure environment. This role requires strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with interdisciplinary teams.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct nursing care to residents, including administering medications, treatments, and performing routine checks
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident condition and treatment
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Supervise and evaluate the work performance of non-professional nursing personnel
- Investigate and report employee incidents, coordinating return-to-work programs as needed
- Curren't, unencumbered license to practice as an LPN in this state
- IV Therapy 30 hour Certification
- Current CPR Card
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in nursing software
